Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger
A heat exchanger can be used to obtain the most economical heat conversion system for swimming pool heating. For example, instead of buying a second boiler just to heat a swimming pool, you can add a zone valve to the existing house boiler to divert hot primary water to the heat exchanger at times when domestic demand for hot water is low.
In this way you might be able to use a boiler that is close to optimum running temperature, to provide extra hot water for a pool or hot tub - and gas or oil is probably much cheaper than electricity to run.
Our superb, highly poilshed heat exchangers are British made to high standards (you'll love the finish), maintenance free and fabricated from 316 marine grade stainless steel to ensure long service. If you are selecting a heater as part of a solar heating system, it is a good idea to choose a unit one or two sizes bigger than you think that you need, as solar panels often do not seem to have an upper limit in terms of the heat that can be produced, expecially in hot weather. A useful 'safety valve' is a heat exchanger that it large enough to convert the heat, and to 'cool' the system - just try it!
They are fully T.I.G. welded during construction and are compact in design. All models incorporate a half inch thermostat pocket to receive a probe type thermostat.
Available in a range of sizes to suit different applications.
