Filters for Arctic Spas

Most Arctic spas use one of two models of cartridge filter, which as you know can be cleaned in a 'filter-soak' chemical and re-used.

The external dimensions of the filter cartridge are the same - you should find that these are 13 1/4" long (338mm) x 5" diameter (127mm), with 2 1/8" holes (55mm) at each end.

From the outside the two models of filter look the same. However, in one the pleats have a surface area of 25 sq.ft. and in the other the pleats have a surface area of 50 sq ft. You can use either cartridge - it just depends if your hot tub has a heavy or light level of use, and you can choose accordingly.

Reemay 704 - Replacement for Pleatco PRB 251N, Unicel C-4326, Filbur FC-2375 - This filter is 13 1/4" long (338mm) x 5" in diameter (127mm), with 2 1/8" holes (55mm). Yours might carry a Rainbow reference number of 17-2327.

Reemay 706 - Replacement for Pleatco PRB 501N, Unicel C-4950, Filbur FC-2390 - This Filter is 13 1/4" long (338mm) x 5" in diameter (127mm), with 2 1/8" holes (55mm). Yours might carry a Rainbow reference number of 17-2380 or a Waterways number 817-5000.
