Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
If you order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us straight away so that we can arrange to collect the faulty goods and immediately send a new consignment at no further cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and give you a full refund.
Should we make a mistake and send you the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no extra cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.
If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise this until they have been delivered to you, please notify us and we will arrange to collect them and deliver the correct products. We need to charge for the carriage costs in such cases, and will happily work to secure the best arrangements for you should this situation arise.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange a collection, we will need to make a charge to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, and faulty goods will always be collected at no charge (as above).
Special orders for items that are made specifically for you, as a customer, incur a 50% restocking charge if you cancel the order.
We hope you will not have any complaints - but if you do, please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 5 days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute. Our brief contact details are at the foot of every page on this site. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it! The information that we require tells us how to get your order to you, and simply enables us to offer you a better service.
The information that we need from you is:
- Your name,
- Your address, - with correct post code, an essential detail!
- A contact telephone number,
- An e-mail address - can speed things up,
- details of the debit or credit card that you wish to use.
When you place orders with us, our secure server software encrypts all the information that you supply, before it is sent to us. Our computer stores no information about your card, and we do not keep the details in clear text.
We store the other information strictly in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation to safeguard you. Swimfix Ltd does not sell, lend or rent your personal details to any 3rd party.

We are a family operated business supplying a wide range of top quality products for your swimming pool or hot tub - delivered quickly and efficiently.
We have many years of work experience within this field, operating large multi-purpose leisure facilities, commissioning new centres, managing equipment upgrades and refurbishments, and modernising water treatment systems including the application of ultra-violet light technology.
This experience is supported by our director's formal training and qualification with the Institute of Sports and Recreation Management (M.Inst.S.R.M.(Dip)), the Open University (M.B.A.) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. (C.I.M.Diploma).
Above all - we aim to offer high quality products at competitive prices, quickly and helpfully. If you have problems with your pool or spa - we'd like to try to help you. We will not pester you with a costly maintenance contract or a service engineer selling magic potions. We value your interest - and we don't give or sell your contact details to anyone else!
