Ordering from us -

We aim to ship to addresses throughout the UK, and our standard charges are based on mainland UK from Cornwall to Scotland. If you live offshore (e.g. IOW, Jersey, Guernsey) or in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we need to quote you separately as our carriers make special charges in such cases. Please check BEFORE ordering.

Our carriers collect daily on weekdays and in most cases delivery on weekdays, but in some cases we can arrange weekend deliveries. We strive to process all orders that are received by 3:00pm on weekdays, and ship them on the same day. We deliver mainly on a 'next day' basis, from Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays), and subject to stock availability.

Some bulky items have to be booked in with a heavy goods carrier or may need to be shipped on pallets. In such cases, we will call you to advise and confirm delivery arrangements.


Bank/Public Holiday Deliveries:

Many national carriers don't operate on bank/public holidays. Generally we are not able to deliver on bank/public holidays, but if you are pressed for time please call us to see how we can help you.


Order Confirmation and Tracking -

Once you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This contains important information regarding the delivery of your order, so please take the time to read it.

A link is included to enable you to track your delivery. If you consider that your order is incorrect, or has been damaged in transit, you can refuse to accept it.
